Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy: To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of £10 is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your session. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if made within one month of the original appointment time. Cancellation and refunds: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. However, to ensure fairness to both clients and therapist, I have established the following cancellation and refund policy: - Cancellation Notice. I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of my services. - Cancellation Fees: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. This fee helps cover the costs incurred for the scheduled time slot. - Refunds: Deposits and pre-payments made for appointments are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if made within the specified cancellation notice period. - No-Shows: Clients who are not present for their scheduled appointment without providing prior notice may be charged the full session fee.
